Use of this website

This site is for general information only. Nothing on it — including the Tools calculators — is financial, tax, or legal advice, and isn't a substitute for engaging us or another qualified advisor.

The Tools calculators

The VAT, Corporate Tax, and Gratuity calculators give estimates for planning purposes only, based on standard UAE rates. They don't account for your full circumstances — confirm any figure with us before relying on it.

Engaging our services

Submitting the contact form or booking a consultation doesn't, by itself, create a client engagement — that begins once we've agreed scope and fees in writing. From there, your signed engagement letter governs fees, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.

Fees

We don't publish fixed pricing on this website. Fees depend on your transaction volume, complexity, and the scope agreed in your engagement letter, and we provide a clear quote after an initial consultation, before any commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we're not liable for decisions made from general website information alone, as opposed to advice given within a formal engagement. Liability for any engagement is set out in the relevant engagement letter.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and tools on this website belong to Synergy Systems and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
